LORIS Wildshot Challenge

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By entering the LORIS Wildshot Challenge (“Competition”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Please review these rules carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

The Competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry.
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of LORIS Outdoors and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

Submission Platform: Entries must be submitted via Instagram or Facebook.
Submission Steps:

Post your best game or wildlife photo on Instagram or Facebook.
Follow @LORISOutdoors2024 on Instagram and/or Facebook.
Like and Comment: Like our pinned competition post and comment with the name of your favorite outdoor activity.
Tag at least two friends in the comments of the pinned competition post to challenge them to join.
Use the hashtag #LORISWildshotChallenge and tag @LORISOutdoors2024 in your photo post.

Submission Limits: One entry per person per month. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Competition Period

Monthly Competitions: Begin on the 1st and close at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of each month.
Year-End Competition: Runs from January 1 to December 31, with the final winner announced in January of the following year.

4. Prizes

Monthly Prizes: Each month, one winner will receive a free LORIS T-shirt (estimated retail value $32).
Grand Prize: At the end of the year, the 12 monthly winners will compete for the grand prize of a LORIS Quick Release Sling (estimated retail value $250).

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Monthly Winners: Judged by the LORIS team based on creativity, photo quality, and alignment with the LORIS brand.
Grand Prize Winner: Judged or voted on by LORIS followers via Instagram/Facebook polls.
Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

6. Photo Usage

By entering, participants grant LORIS Outdoors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website features, and advertising campaigns. Credit will be given to the original creator.

7. Disclaimers

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
Participants agree to release Instagram and Facebook from all liability related to this Competition.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
Prizes with a retail value of $600 or more will require the winner to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize.

10. General Conditions

LORIS Outdoors reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.
LORIS Outdoors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

LORIS Outdoors is not responsible for:

Technical malfunctions or failures.
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Any damage or loss of property arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of prizes.
